A Hypnosis Session
What is a typical Hypnosis session?
At South Shore Hypnosis the first session lasts up to two hours. In that time my major interest is focused on my client to feel comfortable, safe and develop a sense of trust. To get to know and understand the issues you wish to work on. With that I develop an agreeable and personalized plan of action with positive, realistic and believable goals.
I will then guide you into hypnosis via verbal suggestions and guided imagery. In this relaxed state, your subconscious is very receptive to new information, via positive suggestions and imagery, I will guide you toward the changes which you consciously want to make. The information will influence the way you think, act and behave toward achieving and maintaining your goal.
Each client will need to complete an intake questionnaire. Minors need the approval of a parent or guardian.
You will be taught self hypnosis. In addition you will receive supportive literature. All hypnosis sessions include stress management, confidence building and motivation.
Consecutive sessions re-enforce your initial goals along with other beneficial techniques, suggestions and support. Emotional Freedom Training (Tapping) is offered as well.
At Carolina's Hypnosis you will emerge from hypnosis feeling relaxed and at the same time reenergized, fully aware of your surroundings and fully conscious.
Every client will receive a tape of their personalized session which they are asked to listen to for enforcement and conditioning.
Free telephone support is offered to every client.
